Curriculum Vitae

Gregor Haidenthaler has been an independent attorney in Eferding since July 2011.

Gregor Haidenthaler completed his law studies at the University of Vienna in March 2004. He then completed postgraduate studies in International and European business law (M.B.L.-HSG) at the University of St. Gallen/Switzerland and a Program on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School in Cambridge/USA.

In the meantime, Gregor Haidenthaler worked as a project manager in Brussels for the SME Union. After his legal practice in Linz and Steyr, Gregor Haidenthaler worked from September 2007 to January 2010 with Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati Attorneys at Law in Vienna and from February 2010 to April 2011 with Haslinger / Nagele & Partner in Linz.

Gregor Haidenthaler has detailed knowledge and experience in the area of corporate transactions as well as corporate structuring. He advises issuers of shares and publicly listed companies regarding current legal questions in the law of capital markets, capital markets transactions, and the organization and holding of shareholder meetings.

Additionally, he played a leading role in the development of a Code of Conduct for the GDPR on European level in cooperation with a Cloud Service Provider. In his legal counselling, he is constantly working on data protection related topics.
